Sketchy

As I discovered in the 1980s – when my personal sky is falling – it is best to shift gear into a creative mode. Whether nearing a desert, mountain or new shore — sketching and painting were among my finest diverting passions. Being observant in art requires the brain power otherwise wasted fretting over the future. As a bonus, seeing things as an artist makes one's senses acute as a poet and writer. With a fondness for Tiffany's stained glass, I had set out to paint in his manner, edging all objects in black. See the results.
