As primary author of the book, Westchester County: The
Golden Apple of New York, published by Windsor
Publications, Chatsworth, CA., I wrote about Westchester history,
commerce, and lifestyle (30,000 words).
Newspaper Writer and Editor
I contributed articles about life in Westchester and
Connecticut to The New York Times.
I
served as a staff writer for Gannett Westchester Rockland
Newspapers and was an associate editor for Cross Westchester
Weekly News Group.
Scriptwriter
I was the author of a 12-part U.S. Modern American History
video series From Cold War to Hostage Crisis: 1945-1981
for Guidance Associates — a best seller well into this
century.
Magazine Feature Writer
I wrote feature articles for Westchester, Fairfield,
County Life, and Money magazines.
Educational Background
I earned a masters degree from St. John's University and a
bachelors degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College, both in
New York.
